
10 Best Restaurants in Amsterdam – the 2024 Edition!, Amsterdam, Netherlands
It must be mid-December, because I’m back with my annual roundup of the best restaurants in Amsterdam! Each year for the past decade, I’ve selected the city’s restaurants that impressed me the most. And this time, they range in style from fine dining to simple sandwiches, and in geographical inspiration from Marseille to Mexico. Some of these restaurants opened in 2024; others have been around for longer but it took until recently for me to visit them. As always, this list is completely subjective: it’s just one Amsterdammer’s experience (albeit that of a writer who has been covering food, wine and restaurants in the city for almost 20 years).
